1Operator and Acceptance

KAYJAY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("KayJay", "we", "us", or "our") operates Kaynetics AI. By accessing, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using Kaynetics AI, you agree to these Product Terms and the KayJay master Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If there is a conflict, these Product Terms control for Kaynetics AI. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you can bind that organisation.

2Service and Accounts

Kaynetics AI is an AI-assisted business workflow, research, content, communications, operations, and agent platform. Features, limits, integrations, credits, storage, and availability depend on the applicable plan or order form. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and ensure that each authorised user has an appropriate account and permission level.

3Billing, Trial and Renewal

Where offered, the standard trial is seven (7) days. Paid plans may be monthly or annual and renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Charges are processed through supported payment providers. Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Paid AI credits roll over during an active paid subscription. They are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable. We may suspend or limit access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach.

4Your Data and Responsibilities

You retain rights in the data and content you submit. You grant KayJay a limited right to host, copy, transmit, process, and display it solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, notices, and lawful basis required for the data you submit or process.

Users are responsible for prompts, source data, configuration, outputs, approvals, and communications sent through or with the assistance of Kaynetics AI. They must not send unlawful or unsolicited communications, impersonate another person, harvest personal data without a lawful basis, or use the Service for decisions requiring qualified human judgment without appropriate review. Before sending email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, social-media, recruiting, or marketing communications, users must ensure required consent, notices, opt-outs, call-recording disclosures, and local telecommunications/direct-marketing obligations are met.

5AI Features

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review and validate outputs before relying on, publishing, sending, or acting on them. AI features must not be used as the sole basis for decisions with legal, employment, financial, medical, housing, credit, insurance, or similarly significant effects on an individual.

6Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe rights; upload malware; bypass security; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer or resell it except where expressly permitted; submit data without authority; or create or distribute illegal, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.

7Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

KayJay and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, models, methods, interfaces, documentation, and branding. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the applicable term. Third-party integrations and services are governed by their own terms; KayJay is not responsible for their availability, security, or changes.

8Termination, Disclaimers and Liability

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or legal requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." KayJay's aggregate liability is limited as stated in the KayJay master Terms and Conditions. Nothing limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9Governing Law and Contact

These Product Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
