Kaynetics AI Privacy Notice

1Scope and Responsibility

This Product Privacy Notice supplements the KayJay master Privacy Policy and applies to Kaynetics AI. KAYJAY GLOBAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED operates the Service.

For website, account, billing, and direct-user data, KayJay is the controller/data fiduciary. Where an organisation uses Kaynetics AI with its own customer, employee, prospect, or other personal data, that organisation is normally the controller/data fiduciary and KayJay processes that data on documented instructions under the applicable agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

• Uploaded files and documents
• Approved third-party integrations
• AI-generated outputs & summaries
• Customer communications & support data
• Contact, workspace, and role data
• Transaction and billing history

• Log data & authentication events
• Cookies and feature usage analytics

3Why We Process Data

We process personal data to provide, administer, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve Kaynetics AI; authenticate users; manage subscriptions; process payment; communicate about the Service; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and, where permitted, send marketing communications.

Where law requires a lawful basis, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests where permitted, or another applicable lawful basis.

4Sharing and International Transfers

We may share data with hosting, storage, database, analytics, security, communications, payment, and AI/technology providers; authorised administrators/users within the relevant organisation; professional advisers; corporate transaction counterparties; and authorities where required by law.

KayJay is based in India and service providers may process data in India and other countries. Where regulated, we use the transfer mechanism and safeguards required by applicable law. We do not promise data residency in a specific country or region unless expressly agreed in writing.

5Retention, Security and Export

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, role-based access controls, authentication controls, audit logging, access management, vendor review, and encrypted storage capabilities offered by relevant providers.

6Rights and Contact

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating, deletion/erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, information about processing/sharing, or grievance redressal. Email legal@kayjayglobal.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." If an organisation controls your data, contact that organisation first.

Kaynetics AI is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data without verifiable parent/guardian consent where required. For EEA/UK users, KayJay will use an EU/UK representative where legally required and publish its contact details once appointed.
