Kaynetics AI Refund & Cancellation

1Trial, Paid Plans and Renewal

Where offered, Kaynetics AI has a seven (7) day trial. Paid subscriptions are available monthly and annually and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel future renewal through account billing settings, where available, or by emailing accounts@kayjayglobal.com.

2Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not create a prorated refund for the current paid term. Your access continues until the end of that paid term.

We may refund duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified unauthorised charges after reasonable investigation. A refund may also be available where mandatory law requires it or where the paid Service materially fails to conform to its description and we cannot cure the failure within a reasonable time.

3Credits and Contact

Paid AI credits roll over only while an active paid subscription continues. They are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable.
